As part of the new Redevelopment Plan for the Northeast Neighborhood, a major mixed-income, single-family and owner-occupied home development is planned for the area north of State Road 23, south of the University of Notre Dame woods and proposed Napoleon Boulevard extension, and east of Eddy Street, located in the Georgiana-Talbot Redevelopment Area. The site known as "The Triangle" is approximately 13.4 acres.
